EnMoDa provides a secure device based solution that takes communication security to the handset. The mobile subscribers download the EnModa software client to their existing device. The software auto-configures to the device eliminating the need for user configuration. There are no servers to install, configure and maintain. EnMoDa is currently available for the Blackberry.

EnMoDa solution is based on well-established cryptographic methods. EnMoDa uses your existing email box to exchange encrypted opaque messages. Your messages go from device to device. They are not channeled through a special server, neither ours nor anyone else's. No additional infrastructure is needed. You don't need a technical service to install EnMoDa, your device does that for you. You don't need to register or configure it.

As more companies add telecommuters and virtual workers, corporate secrets and information are exposed to potential threats. Most companies address this at the corporate data centre. They spend billions in security software, firewalls and VPN solutions yet they do not address the device itself. The majority of all email is open for un-authorized access, a problem that is multiplied when the carrier network is added to the question. EnMoDa is targeting the 40 million Blackberry users initially.
